Craig has supported organizations through every side of a regulatory audit that isn't the regulator's own: the preparation beforehand, the audit itself, and the remediation after: consent decrees, warning letters, and full quality system transformations among them. That's not theory. It's what ParaQualis is built from: knowing exactly what gets scrutinized, what actually holds up under it, and what a team needs in place before the inspector walks in and after they leave.
Jo Wylie
Founder, Head of Product, ParaQualis
Jo is a product manager drawn to the earliest stage of a company, when the idea is still taking shape and everything is up for grabs. They've worked across a range of roles in several young companies, most recently in sports technology, and they build the products, processes and practices that a growing company will one day hand to whole teams. Their work sits between ideas and implementation: taking what a company knows and turning it into something customers can use with their own hands. At ParaQualis, Jo helps turn Craig's decades of regulatory expertise into software that feels easy and intuitive to the people who use it.
Karen Wylie
Founder, Head of Operations and Finance, ParaQualis
Karen is one of the founders of ParaQualis and a senior data consultant whose career has been shaped by attention to detail. She began as an archivist in South Africa before moving into systems analysis and database design. That path led to London as a senior consultant in data science at PwC, and then to data architecture at a major UK telecoms company. She later turned to science, earning an MSc in Integrative Biosciences from Oxford and pursuing postgraduate studies in wildlife disease ecology at Rutgers, before spending seven years as an academic science editor. She is also a qualified dog trainer and Pilates instructor. At ParaQualis, she leads operations and finance, where her energy and attention to detail are fundamental to a business built on quality.
Nathan Vingoe
Founder, Chief Technology Officer, ParaQualis
Nathan is a technology leader with more than two decades' experience as a CTO and senior technology manager, much of it in sectors where systems have to stand up to regulatory scrutiny. He has key experience with government and financial organizations, has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, and has worked on quality management systems for construction and house-building companies. He has also co-founded and led technology at startups, and specializes in resilient, scalable software and AI, with a close eye on the security risks AI opens up. At ParaQualis, Nathan's focus is on building and maintaining a stable, secure product and infrastructure fit for use by regulated organizations.
